Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts.
12. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
